Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Shopylyst services (“Shopylyst,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “your,” “User,” “Customer”) agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Shopylyst services.

In connection with your use of Shopylyst (including its software, websites, APIs, or related services), you agree that you will not, and will not encourage or permit any other person to do any of the following:

• Transmit or display any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity).
  
  
• Transmit or distribute any malicious software, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or other harmful or destructive code.
  
  
• Post or publish material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  
  
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Shopylyst system, network, or data of other users.
  
  
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Shopylyst or its infrastructure (for example, via denial-of-service attacks).
  
  
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of Shopylyst’s software or tools, or circumvent any security mechanisms, filters, or access controls.
  
  
• Use Shopylyst to facilitate fraudulent or illegal activity, including misleading, deceptive or false representations.
  
  
• Harvest or collect personal information about third parties without their explicit consent.
  
  
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to access, extract, or manipulate data beyond what is permitted via official API or interface.
  
  
• Create multiple accounts or share account credentials to bypass usage limits or rates.
  
  
• Use Shopylyst services in a way that imposes unreasonable load, bandwidth consumption, or degrades performance for others.
  
  
• Use disposable or throwaway email addresses to register accounts, or create accounts for purposes of competitive evaluation, load testing, or research without authorization.
  
  
• Use your account in any manner that can subject Shopylyst or its users to liability or reputational harm.
  
  

All determinations as to whether a use violates this Policy shall be made at Shopylyst’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, disable content, or take any necessary action without notice.
